WALK A THON or 5K fun run Participants gather donations by encouraging their peers and family members to pledge a fixed amount for each unit of distance they walk.
We bought the supplies in bulk. The monetary donations allowed us to purchase necessary needs for homeless and foster children - including correct seasonal sizes, food, Toiletries 4 Dignity™. This process eliminates unnecessary spending and addresses critical needs. On volunteer day we were able to sponsor and fill $15 WeCare Packages, craft cards to help children heal and feel loved & remembered.
Fleece & Thank You is dedicated to providing connection, comfort, and hope through its innovative programs, services, and materials to children facing illness and their families supporting them.
Thier goal is to provide every child facing hospital treatments with a colorful, comfortable fleece blanket and a video message of support from its maker.
